LUKA Candles endeavours to pack and dispatch all orders within two - three business days.

Shipping is $10.00 Australia wide or free for orders over $150 with the code FREE

All your packages are sent with express via courier. Delivery times vary based on location. Contact us for a delivery time estimate.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Parcel Delivery

If you have not received your package within 7 business days of placing the order, contact us with your full name as well as your Order Number and we’ll look into the matter immediately.

Re-delivery Cost

If a parcel is received back in our warehouse, due to

*Incorrect address (postcode, state, street name, house or unit number)

*No Business name for a Business Address

*Non- collection of parcel from post office or collection centre within specified time frame

*No contact from customer after a card is left from Courier

A re-delivery fee will apply. This payment must be via invoice supplied
